Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item if:

- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be directly transferred. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

Shipping Costs
